Application Process

Rent an Apartment Home in 5 Easy Steps:

1. Get a copy of SKY’s Rental Qualifications List. 

2. Apply at On-Site. The non-refundable application fee is $45 per occupant over 18 years old.
 

3. Upload verification documents: 

• 2 forms of govt.-issued ID (must match the occupant)

• 3 Most Recent paystubs

• 3 Most Recent bank statements

• Current Utility bill

Note: Financial backup must show at least 3x the amount (gross) of the monthly rent

4. Verification process. We will update the assigned Property Manager via our internal communication platform. Please check the Comments section on On-Site for any updates.
 

5. To ensure continued application / lease processing, put down a holding deposit upon application approval. Best within 24 hours of preliminary approval. Holding deposits amount is: $1000.00

Note: Holding deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE after 72 hours of acceptance.

Reminder for Pet Owners:

a. Provide a picture and vet paperwork to confirm pet breed and size.

b. Confirm that your pet is licensed and vaccinated.

c. Schedule pet appointment meet-up prior to move-in

d. Pet rent is $50 for a dog and $25 for a cat. Pet rent is per animal per month.
